Q. What is involved in getting the wrap installed?
A. First you will need to fill out our automated price quote. Once you have the quote in hand we can begin the design process. We will communicate with you via phone and email, sending you email proofs until the design is exactly what you want. Once you sign off on the artwork and we receive payment, we will work out a date for your wrap to be applied at the facility nearest you. Generally you will bring the vehicle and leave the it with us for one or two days. We will notify you upon completion.

Q. What is the general time frame that it takes to get the wrap once we are finished with the design?
A. Generally ten to fourteen business days, but sometimes less.

Q. What happens if I have a "fender bender" and need to replace a fender?
A. We have your artwork on file and we can reprint any single area of the vehicle.

Q. How long will a vehicle wrap last?
A. The vinyl we use has a 5 year durability rating and will typically outlast that rating as long as you are careful about power washing it. Vinyl applied to windows has a 2-3 year rating which it will generally outlast depending upon your climate. (Note: We use high quality cast vinyl and have qualified installation technicians so the longevity of our wraps is equal to the best.)

Q. Will the vinyl damage my paint upon removal?
A. No, not if it is factory paint in in good shape. Damaged or poor paint jobs could risk peeling on removal.

Q. Can I install a wrap on a leased vehicle?
A. Yes, since these wraps are removable, lease companies normally have no problem with wrapping vehicles.

Q. My van has widows in it?
A. We can go over windows with one-way see-through vinyl allowing you to see out from the inside.

Q. How it the best way to care for my wrap?
A. It is best to avoid high pressure washing. If possible hand wash your vehicle. Avoid using an ice scraper on the windows, a soft broom and rear defrost should remove the ice.

Q. Do you offer any kind of warranty?
A. We offer a three year warranty on our wraps for material applied to painted surfaces. Material applied to windows has a one year warranty. Warranties do not cover damage do to vehicle wear and tear.
